Quest woes boost warranty
Link - The Quest, which was launched in May 2003 in Canton, has had two voluntary recalls this year. It also had a dismal ranking — along with the Mississippi-made Armada and Titan — on the consumer research firm J.D. Power and Associates' April 2004 Initial Quality Survey. The automaker began mailing scores of letters on Sept. 10, notifying customers about the free warranty extension. The original warranty was three years or 36,000 miles.
