Three cocktails for Valentine's Day

Three to try on Valentine's Day:

Rose Royale - Place four candied rose petals in a Champagne flute. Add 1 1/2 tsp Shakers Rose Vodka and 2/3 cup chilled rose Champagne.

Pomegranate Mojito (from the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills): Combine 2 tbsp raw sugar, 1 tbsp fresh lime juice and 12 mint leaves in a tall glass; mash with back of spoon. Mix in 6 tbsp white rum and 1/4 cup pomegranate juice. Fill glass with ice. Top with splash of soda water.

ANNO 1960: Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add 3 tbsp vodka, 1 1/2 tbsp dry vermouth and 1 1/2 tbsp Campari; shake well. Strain into a martini glass.
